Given the company’s reliance on primary sales data for all its planning, complemented by manually collected secondary sales data fraught with irregularities, lack of detailed granularity, and reliability concerns, the pursuit of a robust solution for secondary sales analysis became imperative.

- Extraction directly from the database of software (DMS) used by distributor and super-distributors
- Conversion of sales reports from the software used by distributors and super-distributors into usable data.
- Enable Distributors to upload data files as per their convenience.
- API based data collection and conversion, from the Cloud based Software (DMS) of the Distributor or Super-distributor.

Zylem also facilitates data collection through manual entry via Excel templates,online entry on a portal, or through a mobile app, however these methods were not deployed for this company.

SAPL has also offered ProClaimz, their Scheme and Claim Management Software for defining special plans and then calculate the claims for reimbursement. This automates the calculation and enables the finance department to settle claims accurately and in a much shorter time.
This helps the client to keep their Distributors, Dealers happy with Claims reimbursed in very short time.
Moreover, Zylem’s data now plays important role in analysing the performance against targets for all sales management tiers, serving as the foundational data source for incentive calculations.
